Gentlemen/Ladies: Greetings from the Philippines! I am from the Romblon State University in Odiongan, Romblon, Philippines. Our University is located in an island province that is still dependent on other provinces for most agricultural commodities. Though we are turning out agricultural engineering graduates these mostly go out of the province to seek employment elsewhere. We need to look for new models and better ways of doing agriculture for us to be self-sustainable in our food needs. We are looking up to Israel and would like to learn and share your experiences particularly on irrigation and plant environment. In this regard may we inquire if we could send our faculty members and/or students to study at the Ben Gurion University on the above topic. May we also inquire if we could avail of scholarships from the same University. We would be happy to hear from you. Thank you.

Graduate studies in Israel
Hello Bilshan,
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture.
I've attached a link at the bottom of my message where you can find a link, once you'll click it, it will send you to an article about the different programs you can choose from and more information about the admission, institutions and more.
