Gap year studies

To whomever it may concern,
My name is Shani Biton and I have recently arrived to Israel from Australia. I am an israel citizen as both my parents were born here however I, myself, was raised in Australia.
Upon finishing my high school examinations in October I received an ATAR of 99.55 (placing me in the top 0.45% of my state). I was also awarded first in course (in all of New South Wales) in Modern Hebrew and fourth in Classical Hebrew.
I intend of starting my Bachelor of Actuarial Studies/Commerce in Australia some time in 2020.
As of right now, I plan on remaining in Israel to be close to family and gain new and rewarding experiences, however I would love to utilize my time studying something that may broaden my knowledge and prepare me for my studies in Australia (although I am not completely opposed to potentially continuing further studies in Israel).
I was hoping to receive some more information about the study options available for me at the moment (both in Hebrew and English) and relevant scholarships. I am particularly interested in mathematics, business and engineering however I genuinely enjoy studying so the subject matter is of little importance to me.
