Applying for international programs in agricultural science in Israel usually requires a GPA of 80 and over in relevant subjects in your undergraduate degree, such as biology, life sciences and animal science. You will also need to pass an English proficiency test, such as TOEFL.

As for the scholarships, most universities in Israel offer some kind of scholarship for international students, usually according to academic achievements. However, these scholarships change every year so I would advise you to inquire directly to the universities in that matter. You can study agriculture at Ben Gurion University and The Hebrew University.
