In most cases, International students in M.Sc. agriculture programs in Israel can get scholarships from the different universities. These scholarships are usually given on account of academic excellence. However, the scholarships tend to change from year to year, so my advice to you is to contact the different universities and inquire directly about the grants. You can find M.Sc programs in agriculture at The Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University and Weizmann Institute.

Also, let me point out that all international degrees in agriculture are for M.Sc., not MA. Is this the program you are looking for?
