There are quite a few short courses available for international professionals in Israel. Most of the agricultural courses focus on agricultural technology, innovation and sustainability, as well as dealing with challenges in this field. You can study at IMS, TAITC, Arava Center and others. Please note that these courses are usually open mainly to professionals with relevant experience or academic background.
