Hello Dessie,

There quite a few short courses available in Israel in which you can study crop production or greenhouse farming. These usually span around 2 - 3 weeks and are studied in the form of workshops that include a lot of practical experience.

You can find the training programs at The Arava International Trainee Center, Israel Meteorological Service, Arava Institute and others. You can read all about the different options in the link below my answer.
