You can find post doc fellowships at many Israeli universities. Most of these institutions have research centres in chemistry, such as The Technion in Haifa or Tel-Aviv University. In the meantime, I would advise you to also contact the universities in order to get the most up to date information about the research teams there, so you can make sure they indeed have experts on polymer chemistry that can assist you.
