You can find quite a few post doc fellowships in Israel where you can conduct your research. Several Israeli universities conduct research on topics in nursing, such as The Haifa University and Tel-Aviv University. I would advise you to contact the different institutions to make sure they do indeed employ researchers in your area of expertise, so they can assist you in your research.
