Fisheries short course in Israel

RE: REQUEST FOR SHORT COURSE TRAINING ASSISTANCE ON FRESH FISH FARMING (TILAPIA&CATISH) AND PROJECT PLANNING

I am a Tanzanian male with 38 years old and a senior community development officer at Liwale district , Tanzania.
I am also a Planer by professional and public Servant working as Community development officer, heading Planning and Research Desk of community Development at Liwale district council. During my field time I used to be part of Community toward facilitating the way to socioeconomic development. It is this theory that makes to unite with socioeconomic groups purposely to increase trust and enthusiasm towards improving their welfare but I always remain at bottom rank (member only) after facilitation.
I would like to be supported on skills and knowledge of fish farming and especial if I get short course as em mediate assistance or Masters Degree once a scholarship is announced. I have experience and professional of Integrating Planning thus I would like to be knowledgeable with fisheries due to the following reasons;-
i. For about 10 year I have been formulated groups and individual to engage with farming with little knowledge but succeeded to initiate two community fish farming center and third is mine
ii. The established of the Irrigation rice farming scheme which include about 300 houses create a demand to facilitate these community to integrate rice farming and fish farming for optimal utilization of land and water (Input –Input strategies’). Therefore high skills and knowledge is needed before fish and rice farming capacity enhancement
iii. The group I join have got experience only but lack skill and knowledge hence my access to short courses or Master degree or Post Graduate will support the sustainability of this Initiative
iv. Current the district has no fisheries officer hence my accessibility to short courses, trainings and Master degree will support district council toward planning and supervise fisheries activities at zero cost
v. Having skills and knowledge of fish farming also will increase responds and increasing of fish farmers with accurate mentoring.
vi. I also do fresh fish farming activities owning a center with tilapia and catfish, thus having skills and knowledge will influence community to learn exactly what is needed during investing to farming as other economic activities and hence increase employment to young men and women.
Your assistance will have great meaning and impact to community of my district as the skills and knowledge gained will bring changes and improve way of fish farming ans well advancing the mind set of small fish farmers
