Dear Sir/Madam Hello My name is Erfan Soleimani from Iran. I was born in April 1999. My father is a staff member at Imam Khomeini International University and Ph.D. student of Agricultural Biotechnology as a part-time at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Kiev, Ukraine. My father's monthly salary is 3,6000,000 Rial, equivalent to 217 euros (exact), after deducting insurance, taxes, and installments of a bank loan, he receives 58 euros per month my dad from his university! This is a humanitarian disaster because he is a shame for the family and he cannot respond to the demands of life with these low rights and does not have good nutrition. My mother is a graduate of the midwifery and unemployed. My sister is 8 years old and is a student. I was admitted in the pure chemistry course at the Iranian National Examination at the State University in 2017, but due to unemployment and lack of employment in Iran, I had to study medicine in Ukraine. I am living and studying in the first semester of ordinal medical at the O. Bogomolets national medical university in the Kiev city of Ukraine. I intend to transfer to your university and start the third semester (winter) of medicine in English at your university in 2019-2020. I have a diploma and college prep degrees in the Natural Sciences with a total score of 17/59 and 16/53 (of 20), respectively. Also, I have an IELTS certificate. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to details. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. Therefore, because of my passion, scientific experience, I'm in dire need of your help and a scholarship. So, I can be transferred to your university and from scholarship and I use the humanitarian assistance of your government and your university. If you have agreed to my scholarship and transfer, upon submitting and submitting the documents, my father's legal document will be sent in English.
Best Regards Erfan Soleimani

Completing medical studies in Israel
Hello Erfan,
You have reached a website called "Studying in Israel", we are not a university but we will be very happy to help you find study tracks in Israel that might suit you.
As far as I know there is currently no International medicine program that allows students to apply in order to complete their studies (and not apply for first year). However, I would advise you to contact the different universities directly and explain your situation; they may have programs that can help you complete your studies.
In the link below you can read more about medical studies in Israel. They are available in Ben Gurion University, Tel Aviv University, The Technion and other schools.
