You can find international programs in English in agriculture for M.Sc. where you can specialize in irrigation systems. In order to apply, you must present a GPA of at least 80 in a relevant subject for B.Sc. undergraduate degrees. You will also have to pass an English proficiency exam. These programs are available at Ben Gurion University and The Hebrew University.
