I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Canada. My GPA is 3.2 (in a 4.3 scale). I was wondering if my GPA and academic background would be considered acceptable to apply for medicine in Israel. I'm not sure if this is relevant or not but I have taken a few chemistry classes after obtaining my degree. Lastly, I haven't taken the MCAT yet but I will write it in January.
Thank you kindly, Frances

M.D.programs in Israel
Hello Frances,
In order to study medicine you must first finish your premed studies abroad because there are no premed international programs in Israel. There are a few institutions which offer medical programs, among them: The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The University of Haifa, the Ben Gurion University and more. In order to study medicine in Israel you must first complete your pre med studies. Candidates need to present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different schools you can choose from and the admission for international students.
