Applying for an İnternship in Education and Welfare

Dear Representative,
I am graduate in the field of Israil Studies and learned English (IELTS 7.0 ) in paralel. Currently I am working as a teacher and teaching different ages group of students. I want to apply for the Internship program (Education and Welfare).
Please help find what and how to do to acomplish the process.

As far as i know, there are no international internships in the field of education in Israel, at least not in English.
