Positions for Professors in In Israeli universities

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am 39 years old, holding a Ph.D. in Mathematics, and I made Aliyah in April 2017. I achieved a stipend in December 2017 at University Ariel, in collaboration with Professor Weinstein, but account of many health problems I decided to stop my stipend in the end of May 2018, and return to Germany (where my family lives and can help me in such difficult situations). Now, I am healthy again, and I would do anything to return to Israel. Could you please help me to find another university or college to host and support me ? I won't be able to return to Ariel University, because my sudden return to Germany made an extremely bad impression, as if I don't want to work any more. Thus I have to find another Israeli institution to work at. Could you tell me if and how this is possible ? Can you perhaps help me somehow ? Ruben Jakob
