Four year pre med program in Israel

Good evening/morning, I am a U.S citizen (born in Houston Texas) and I recently finished High School with a 3.8/4.0 GPA alongside 29.5 Credit hours. Regarding the medical education in Isreal, is there a 'pre-med' of 4 years similarly to the U.S? Or is it similar to EU countries where you can immediately begin studying for the bachelor in medicine? Also, are there any scholarships for the medical universities in Isreal please?
