There are a few institutions in Israel which offer internship programs for international students in Israel. To my knowledge they are all in English because they are built especially for international students.

All internships in Israel are for students that attend an Israeli university or attend other academic institutions that collaborate with Israeli universities.

Among the academic institutes which offer internship programs to international students you can find: The Bar Ilan University, The Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University and more.
