Undergraduate agriculture studies in israel

Good day sir/ma,I have been searching for universities where agriculture is being offered at undergraduate level but haven't found any with Low tuition fee

Please I really want to find out if by any chance get to study in israel or may get a scholarship to aid my undergraduate studies.
