There are a few schools and institutions in Jerusalem which offer different Hebrew courses for international students with special benefits for those who plan on doing Alya in the future, among those institutions: The Hebrew University, Ulpan or, Ulpan Aviv, Milah Ulpan, Ulpan Etzion and more.

Some of the programs offer housing and some help you find a housing solution so don't worry about that.

Each one of those institutions offers a different program so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs you can choose from and i advise you to contact those that are relevant to you directly to get all the information you need about the admission, fees and more.

Regarding the starting date - in the beginning of April we have a Jewish holiday so in order to get information about the courses that start on April you'll have to contact the schools directly.
