You can find a dentistry program at the Hebrew University, in the Haddassah school of dentistry. This is a 36 month program that includes clinical experience.

Usually, it is rather difficult for international students to get accepted to advanced years in this program, unless they are Olim (new immigrants). However, I would advise you to contact the Hebrew University directly and inquire about a possibility for applying. They will be able to give you a full and accurate answer.
