Can I find english taught economics programs in Israel ? Or else any masters degree which related to economics ?

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer MA programs n economics, among them: The IDC Hertzelia, The Tel Aviv university, The University of Haifa, The Ben Gurion University and more.
Each program is different and each school offers different scholarships so i advise you to contact them directly through their websites to get all the information you need.
