Its unclear from your question which program you are referring to but there are a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture : workshops, training programs. short courses and more. Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more. Each school has a different variety of programs and scholarships.
