I have finished my Diploma in Journalism and Strategic Public Relations at the Multimedia University of Kenya and would like to continue with my degree in Israel. I would be glad to be part of those selected in your scholarship for the same or close to that. Warm regards Noah.

As far as i know, there are international no short term courses in communication in Israel - All of those programs are entirely in Hebrew.
