There are several Ulpan programs in Jerusalem which offer intensive Hebrew language courses, including Ulpan Or, Ulpan Etzion, New Milah, and more. Most Ulpan programs allow one-on-one study tracks. In addition, you can find modern Hebrew language courses at The Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School. Rothberg School offer summer Ulpan tracks, semester tracks, and more.

Some Hebrew language programs in Jerusalem offer housing (such as The Hebrew University or Ulpan Etzion), while others do not. Regarding tuition, I would advise you to contact the programs directly to ger the most accurate details.
