Can you please guide me about the procedure and criteria of applying for Nanotechnology in Civil Engineering in various universities across Israel.

Study nanotechnology in Civil Engineering
Hello Umesh,

As far as i know there is only one institute in Israel that offer engineering studies in English for international students - The Technion in Haifa.
You can choose between Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering so it's also the best schools for you.
I don't know if they offer nanotechnology studies in tis degree but it's the closest program to the one you mentioned you're looking for.
