Hello,

There are quite a few institutions in Israel where researchers can find post doc fellowships. In order to apply, you will need to first complete your PhD in a relevant topic. Also, note that you can apply for the post doc track up to three years after completing your Phd. You will also have to make sure the university of your choice has relevant researchers that can assist you in your research.
