As far as i know, there are no post doc programs with a specialization in malaria and filariasis.
you can try contact the different institutions which offer post doc programs by yourself and offer them a joint research.

In Israel there are a few universities and institutes which offer post doc programs and fellowships, among them: The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, Weizmann Institute of Science, The Ben Gurion University and The Technion.

I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that gives more information about the tracks and the institutes you can choose from and more.
I advise you to contact those institutions directly to find out which one can offer you the best program.
