I am a materials engineer from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I am interested in studying aquaculture in Israel, and searching the web i came across this program. I have a few questions though: ¿can I only do the aquaculture program? ¿how long is it?
Although I have my degree in materials engineer with no course in biology, I previously went through 3 years of biotechnology study with lots of genetics and biology. So, if a present the approved subjects in that matter, ¿would I be able to apply for the program?

Aquaculture studies in Israel
Hello Dario,
As far as i know, there is no aquaculture degree in Israel. Aquaculture is one subject out of a few that you can study at the agricultural sciences programs.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture.
I've attached a link at the bottom of my message where you can find a link, once you'll click it, it will send you to an article about the different programs you can choose from and more information about the admission, institutions and more.
