As far as I know, there are currently no international programs in nursing in Israel that are taught in English. All nursing programs are taught entirely in Hebrew.

If you are interested, there are other medical tracks in Israel that do offer international programs. These are the MD program in medicine and the IMPH master's in public health. These are graduate tracks, so they will only be suitable if you have an undergraduate degree, but they are suitable for international students.
