You can find postdoc fellowships in most Israeli universities, such as The Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University, Haifa University, Tel Aviv University and Bar Ilan University. Most of these institutions have departments in political science, but I would recommend you to contact the different universities in order to make sure they employ researchers in your field of research, so they can guide you in your studies. You will have to first complete your PhD successfully and then present the degree to the universities of your choice.
