There are several institutions in Israel that offer short diploma courses for agricultural professionals such as yourself. The tracks are all taught in English and they usually span several weeks to one month. They also contain many workshops and tours so you can get to know many cutting edge Israeli hydroponic technologies.

You can study in institutions such as TAITC, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, GIMI in Nahalal, and others. I've attached a link for you below my answer, you can read more about the different programs.
