Fees and admissions for LLM degree
Hello Elisa,
Israeli universities usually use a 100 scale when stating the admission requirements to degrees. In this case, they will need an average grade of 80% or over in their undergraduate LLB or over. Since each country uses a different grading system (and not all countries use the GPA system) and since the admission requirements tend to change slightly from year to year, my advice to you is to contact the Hebrew university and inquire about the grading system in your undergraduate degree. Make sure that they accept the degree you hold and acknowledge its grading system.
As for fees, in most cases LLM degrees for international students in Israel cost around $15,000 - $18,000 approximately - this is in US dollars. I will point out that this does not include living expenses, and that the sum tends to change from year to year.
I have linked an article below where you can read more about international LLM tracks, amongst them is the Hebrew University program. I hope this will help you.
