There are several Israeli universities that offer post doc fellowships; in some of them you can find microbiology departments, usually as part of the science faculties. In order to apply you must be up to 3 years from completing your PhD and present excellent academic achievements. Also, I would recommend contacting a few of the universities in order to make sure they indeed have researchers that specialize in your field of research, so they can assist you during your postdoc.
