I wish to pursue Post Doctoral from Israel after completing my PhD.
My Post Graduate and PhD work is on calf diarrhoea, studying various etiological factors of diarrhoea in calves and Antibiotc resistance.
Can you please guide me or provide me the list of Experts/Scientist working in this field.

You can find Postdoc fellowships in several Israeli Institutions, here are some that also specialize in agriculture and animal studies: The Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University and Weizmann Institute. I would advise you to contact these universities and make sure they indeed have researchers in your field of interest and are willing to accept you as part of a postdoc program.
