There is currently one program in the field of Cyber security that is suitable for international students, and that is the M.Sc. track in cyber security at Ben Gurion University. This is a four semester track (two years) that is taught entirely in English.

If you are interested in other close topics, there are also other Israeli institutions that offer master's tracks in National security or counter terrorism where cyber issues are sometimes dealt with.

Doctoral studies in cyber security - PhD
Hello Amritansh,
There are several Israeli Universities where you can for a PhD in the fields of security, national security and terrorism. If you are interested specifically in cyber security, there may be researchers in that topic in one or more of these institutions, such as Ben Gurion University, Tel-Aviv University or Haifa University.
In order to apply for a PhD, you will first need to successfully complete your Master's degree in a thesis track. The required grade average is usually 80 - 85, and the required grade in the thesis is around 85 - 90, depending on the university. You will also need to find a guide for writing your dissertation.

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with any Ph.D. programs for cyber security in Israel for international students.
