My name is Vikram Bellanki and I'm from India , I would like to study M.sc in Agriculture in Israel as I've researched a lot about Israel and found it the best country to study about agriculture technologies. Please let me if I can get the scholarship as I belong to poor family with a poor financial conditions. Please help me out

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences (which include irrigation) for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more.
In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.

There are more than a few schools ad institutions in Israel which offer different training programs in the field of agriculture, for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
