Its more of a dream come true for me, to study in Isreal owing to the quality of programmes, tailored to meet the needs and academic interest of students.I must say that i would be honoured to be part of such a learning environment.

Aquaculture and agriculture courses
Hello Stephen,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs that can fit all of you options, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
