I was born in Israel and moved away in 2004. I went to school in Israel so I speak fluent Hebrew. I would like to know if it would be easier to apply to the Weizmann institute of technology for a masters programme.
I would also like to know the requirements for scholarship packages

Without knowing what is it you wish to study it's a bit hard for me to help you.

I advise you to contact the Weizmann institute directly (through their website) and find out which is easier - applying as a foreign student or an Israeli one.
