There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs that can fit all of you options, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

In order to schedule a training for a group you should contact the different institutions directly and while doing that you can ask for a tailor made course for your farmers.
