My daughter Annabel Titus has completed her 12th grade in March 2017 (CBSE, India), with a score of 83 percent. She would like to pursue higher studies in Medicine. I would like some information on how to go about this if she is to study in an university in Israel.

Mbbs programs in Israel
Hello Lissy,
Medical school in Israel is not like the countries you know - we don't have a pre-med program and the medical school we offer a full 6-year program all in Hebrew with very high admission. If you don't speak Hebrew you can try to apply for the English program but it's not the full 6 years - yo must first finish your pre med studies in your country or in the USA or Canada and present a GPA of at least 3.4. and MCAT scores (or their equivalent in case students are not from the US) with scores of above 27. you have a chance of getting in to The Hebrew University of Jerusalem that have accepted in the past international students that are not from Canada or the US.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different schools that offer medical programs for international students in Israel.
