I am PhD student of EMU in north Cypurs. My major is English language teaching. I have passed qualified exam. Is it possible to start PhD program in ELT or linguistics in Israel from the beginning or research-based? How much is tuition fee and is it possible to get scholarship or fund?

As far as i know there is no international PhD program in Israel that will fit what you're looking for.
