MA in art pasychotherapy

Hello;
My name is Nour salfity I'm a 22 years old social worker; working in a social welfare in jerusalem with families for a year now; I found that Haifa University is the only University that gives MA degree in art pshychothrapy in Israel, But theres an announcement on Your facebook page saying that you wont open the registration this year, i wanna ask when will you open again? And what do u mean by a full year? Does it mean that theres lectures everyday or just once a week? And I would be pleased if you inform me on the finacial status for enrolling to this program.
