As far as i know, there are no international PG degree programs in Israel.
There are a few schools which offer different courses in the field of agriculture: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
