There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture, among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutions and programs you can choose from (not only in the field of agriculture because i don't have an article just about those) and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
