admission for foreign students

As far as i know, the only institute in Israel which offer a master degree program to international students is The Technion in Haifa (you can also study in the Tel Aviv branch).
In order to get all the information you need about the admission, fees and more you'll have to contact the Technion directly - you can do that through their website.
