As pigs are considered not Kosher you will have a bit of a problem finding a school which offer special programs about pigs.
There are different schools and institution which offers international training programs in the field of agriculture, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
