There are a few institutions in Israel which offer degree programs to international students, among them The Bar Ilan University, The IDC Hertzelia and The University of Haifa who offer a B.A program in political sciences.
Candidates will need to submit their high school diploma and SAT scores. Their GPA will have to be above 3.0 and the SAT score should be 1100 or higher. In case the candidates did not complete their high school studies in an English speaking country an English proficiency test will be required.
