I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but as far as i know there are no Natural resource management studies in Israel so the MA in environments studies is the closest track you can find.

There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer special programs for international students, among them programs for environmental studies.

The schools which offer a master degree in environmental studies are: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, University of Haifa, Ben Gurion University (Be'er-Sheva), Weizmann Institute (Rehovot) and Arava Institute for Environmental Studies (Kibbutz Ketura).
I advise you to contact them directly so you together you can find the best program for you.

Candidates will have to present an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.0 or 80 higher, recommendation letters and a personal essay. In case the candidate did not complete his undergraduate studies in an English speaking country he will have to pass an English proficiency test.
