Homeland security studies in Israel

There are few schools and universities in Israel which offer special programs for international students. Among them you have a few which offer a master program in national security and terrorism (which include homeland security): The Tel Aviv University and The University of Haifa.
The program is in English and it includes Modern Strategic Thought, Arab-Israeli Conflict, International Powers and the Middle East and more.
The programs are open to students and candidates who completed their undergraduate degree in history or social sciences with a GPA of 80 (3.0) or above.
All courses are in English so the candidates must present or pass pass an English proficiency test.

I've attached a link at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the program and admission and i can say that all institutions offer different scholarships for international students but you'll have to contact the directly to get all the information because each scholarship is different.
