This is to notify the head of department that I would like to enrol to study the above mentioned course at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. And I would like to you for more details about the costs for a full time one academic year. I'm sorry to say - You've reached an international students forum and not the Hebrew University.
In order for you to apply to any specific program you must contact the school in which you wish to study directly.

It's important to say you haven't said what is it you wish to study so in any case it's very hard to help you.
