In Israel there are a few different schools and institutions which offer international short courses and training programs in different fields.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

In order to apply for the summer 17 programs you must first choose a program and contact the school in which you wish to study directly.
